​Running a renovation firm for the past 25+ years, I​ have been passionately developing a consistent, reliable, remodeling system for house and apartment renovations, ​kitchen​s and bathrooms​. I have designers on staff who know how to create a kitchen that is a haven, a place to relax and cook, to entertain and to make use of the space constraints of a New York City apartment. Our bathroom designs create a mini oasis in your home, form and function married together with amazing design. My company has relationships​ with many product manufacturers and access to the best options for your price range. All of that being said, as a dad with 3 young sons, I am aware of what a kitchen and bathroom goes through in real life and the quality and thought that good design must include to withstand ​the ​wear and tear.​

We allow you to outsource the worry, the potential headaches that come with normal wear and tear and beyond. Our work is excellent so we know these warranties are worth it for us to cultivate and continue the relationship we have with our clients, if needed.

Oftentimes, ​products like faucets, sinks, floors, cabinets, tile and light fixtures only come with a  ​1 year (or less)​ warranty. Not so  with ​our work and our products. If there is an issue we have a full time  service-person​ who comes to all of our clients, as needed, to perform work that needs to be done to keep your home in tip top shape.  As a dad and a small business owner, this is a big part of how I work on setting my business apart from the others.
