As times evolve, we evolve. It’s now important more than ever, for us to accommodate your needs. We’re proud to offer you an easy way to bring your vision to life.
“Optimism is the most important human trait because it allows us to evolve our ideas, to improve our situation and to hope for a better tomorrow.”
– Seth Godin
Our Process is Simple
- Step 1. The initial meeting will be a discovery call (let’s talk about your project).
- Step 2. Send us photos, measurements, floor plans and video of your space, along with a list of specific work to be done.
This can also be done through a live video walk-through. - Step 3. Online design presentation with the Knockout Team.
*We’ll include design ideas, detailed work scope and a full Q&A session. - Step 4. Review of any work scope modifications.
- Next Steps: Product selections and design development.
During this process, our team will be preparing all of the necessary documents for your management company and or the Department of Buildings-DOB, to ensure that we can begin your renovation as soon as we receive approvals.
Please note that If you are planning a renovation for this year, it’s important to take these steps now as your building and a DOB backlog may cause delays.
**Health and Safety Announcement
We understand the public concern regarding face-to-face contact and on-site visits and have created a specific process for the protection of you, your family and our employees.
If you schedule an in-person meeting, our staff will certainly follow all safety precautions wearing masks, maintaining a 6 ft. distance, and limiting any interactions. Please ask us about our “Step Out, Step In” approach.
Virtual meetings are an option if preferred. Please fill out the contact form here and choose the “Virtual” option. During renovations, plastic zip walls and other protection will be used. Ideally we’d prefer you vacate during the renovation, especially during major renovations.
While we face an unprecedented challenge for the immediate future, we want you to know that Knockout Renovations will continue to operate as long as it is safe, legal and practical. We will continue to offer the highest level of service to all of our customers.
